As the founder of JITR, Lorand brings innovation and leadership to the team with over twenty-five years of computer engineering and management expertise. He has been involved in several start ups, including projects that established Price Waterhouse Coopers in Budapest, Hungary and co-founding The Essential Talk Network, a company focused on the medical and dental industry. Lorand holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering and has a background in consulting. The driving force behind JITR is Lorand's strong vision in applying emerging technological trends to create innovative solutions that enable Business Leaders to communicate effectively globally. He has been key in implementing the JITR JET within Primerica, the largest financial marketing organization in North America.

Robert brings a successful track record in professional and corporate sales, management and senior management experience to JITR. He has been involved in High-Tech sales, customer service and business development for HP, Compaq, Telus and Xerox for the past 30 years. Robert (B. Education, U of C; Executive MBA, University of Western Ontario), has extensive experience in building successful sales and customer service operations across Western Canada. Robert was in charge of the very successful initiative to open the Western Canadian operations for Compaq Canada Inc. in 1989. Robert’s depth of experience with both large and small enterprise is the foundation for his passion and ability to successfully build, develop and lead business development initiatives for JITR.
